FREE Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping to all Mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Production Time: Due to all PCs being built to order, we aim to have them built, tested and delivered ASAP. Our avg turn around time is 3 - 14 days. Please contact us if you require further information.

• All PCs are shipped with next day delivery after they have passed our extensive quality control tests.

Delivery Locations: We proudly deliver across the UK

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK are not currently available.

Courier Services: All orders within the UK are dispatched through ParcelForce or Royal Mail, renowned express parcel carriers known for their reliability and safety in transit.

Delivery Address Options:

• Credit/Debit Card Orders: Delivery address is the same as the billing address.

​

• Bank Transfer: Similar to credit/debit card orders, delivery address cannot be different from the billing address.

​

• Finance Payment: Delivery is limited to the address provided in the finance agreement.

​

Missed Deliveries: In case you are unavailable, ParcelForce will attempt two subsequent deliveries on working days. If unsuccessful, you can collect the order from your local depot or reschedule delivery for an additional fee of £45.

Order Collection: For efficient service, we can arrange order collection from our workshop. Contact us  to make arrangements.

Scheduled Delivery Dates: Currently, we do not offer specific date scheduling for deliveries. If you have specific requirements, contact us via email or social media, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

Receiving Deliveries: Please note that a recipient at the delivery address must sign for the parcel. Given the high value of our items, parcels cannot be left with a neighbor or unattended without obtaining a signature.
